    So true. Bruce tends to leave little bread crumbs Imo. Definite mention how important these minerals are to the Critical minerals list- and with China holding some of them back- and govts needing them for ‘wartime’ activities- night time goggles, etc, then I’m thinking some level of govt cash to produce a big option.
