If the Super Ninja was to buy on market and disclose this publicly, then Yes it would be a great shot in the arm and show of confidence in BGS's future.
What is the critical cut off DAY next week for shares purchased before EGM for them to be settled and be able to be used for voting purposes.
I think that would be a critical 'date' in everyone's calendar.
