They built something similar in California in record time.... Unfortunately could you imagine the union brigade slowing down the process in SA...? It'd cost twice as much and the time frame would push it out by two fold... Sorry to be such a sorry sack, but nothing in SA is ever straight forward... Notice the Mallee man is the biggest environmental issue but not the felling of protected trees in the park to build an Autobahn...!?
