There is NO WAY the BOD will release ANY info before the EGM that they could suitable tie up in red tape (computers are down, come back next week), unless it is to their benefit to disclose.

Why?! Well..... Because they just can. Who is going to tell them otherwise.

You make up your own mind how the EGM voting tally is progressing. Note, the BOD have full visibility on how the votes are going prior to the vote.
