I wonder what price IK will be paying for the 8,333,333 shares he is seeking approval to purchase. The way it reads in the prospectus is that approval is sought on the same terms as the New Options, which is only 0.2 cents. If so, I would like to buy millions of shares at that price as well please - surely not!
"Ian Kraemer is a Qualifying Option holder and intends to subscribe for his full Entitlement of 161,577 New Options. At the Shareholder Meeting, approval is being sought for Ian Kraemer to subscribe for 8,333,333 Shares and 6,250,000 Options on the same terms as the New Options.
