I was very curious to see the word bastna(e)site mentioned for the first time in relation to Cummins.
I've been looking around and understand the only known other resources of it in Australia are Brockmans, Dubbo and Olympic Dam. Only one of those names is in any stage of RE development and I am not on top of that processing and development timeline.
But if it is bastnaesite, there might be a far more obvious partner on a far more known timeline.... and nothing with JR is ever random, eg. name dropping in announcements.
