I was a bit worried when I saw your screen name but your post is very positive and informative.
I totally agree with your take on things and that getting Nathan Sabao as the Zambian Exploration Country Manager was a real coup. The Next Small Cap article is very information about Mr Sabao.

I am surprised not more people are catching on but that's the nature of the share market,
