    BUT what price will FWL issue SpringTree... 0.1c too? Will TFA International default on agreement at 20c when sp is at 0.1c OR re-negotiate issue price at 0.5c?

    Can be significant dilution. I want to buy some, but sitting on sideline because of SpringTree & Sin Tang (selling).
