Difference is your friend does not have to sign up for you to benefit - to put it simply, Crowd1 are not selling a product, they are selling a dream. A get rich dream. They just have to have some “product” in there to skirt the law.
Time will tell if Miggster is a real product.
Either way, the ASX won’t be letting this one list again soon, if ever.
