Thank you for actually posting back with an unbias answer, everytime I ask this question it is left un replied too.

Im not too up to date with the AB1 or ISX cases but people have mentioned that ISX might be filing a law case against ASX, is that right? And if so do you believe if ASX delistS EM1 we might have a case against them since C1 isn’t official deemed a pyramid scheme?

My logic is that we could have a case because the ASX lets the big four still operate, even when it has come out they have been doing the dodgy (laundering money, etc) I understand they can’t delist one of them because of the problems it will cause, but the ASX shouldn’t play favourites.

My opinion about the suspension is that the ASX is waiting for the actually figures to come out to save investors buying now into the hype and the actually numbers being a lot lower than the pre regs, but I could be wrong.
