You're talking rubbish. Read the announcement and the loan conditions before spreading BS. The third tranche of the loan is to be repaid if/when 48C tax credits are monetized. Obviously if there are no 48C tax credits forthcoming the company won't be repaying the third tranche from that source. Nothing to do with the loan not going ahead.
