That could be right. I suspect that if there is a CR, that won't come until the next announcement on revenue - Sept quarterly perhaps. They will want to drive the SP up before they engage in a CR. Hopefully, a JV for Malta will come before the end of the year.
Have to admit that I secretly hope the SP does not get above 6 cents for a few months as I intend to buy back in at some stage.
