You're right, the licence fee could be more or less than US$2M, as it's spread in tranches over 3 reporting periods, and the revenue recognition estimate of $2M only covers 2 periods. Reasonble to expect some support and engineering work in that period to be mixed into the $2M. It's unlikely to include royalties though, as you probably wouldn't expect those until after 2022.
