If the board had been doing job properly they should have included this in the original announcement - appears to be another example of a continuing lack of ability in preparing announcements in a professional concise manner containing all relevant information. They would have know the estimated dollar value when the first announcement was released. At least they are improving in grammar and spelling. Just my humble opinion.
