I think we are a party to a paragraph of the confidentially agreement.
There will be plenty more paragraphs and pages however, it appears they are to our benefit and there is still $5m left in the kitty.
Next Ann, possibly Jeffries bank will provide the cash to proceed too long term production and pay AF his loan.
This is when we will see institutions become interested in investing in POS.
Hope that 800,000 seller gets his sale sooner than later!
