I am wondering whether the quarterly numbers for costs next quarter were reverse engineered around how much cash they have left?

Suggests a cut in staff, R&D investment, etc.

Even with some of the implementation fees and other revenue likely to increase, they are in a pretty dire situation and need to raise funds ASAP!

Just holding a very limited amount to see where it goes and what opportunities arise.
