In his haste to sink the boot into Noxopharm, Harvett again ignores the facts.
It is a FACT that the ASX recently introduced new rules about announcements. If you announce entering into a collaboration/agreement with a second party, you now are required to detail all the implications, both positive and negative.
Noxopharm has not been ‘called out’, because the ASX approved its original announcement for release.
But the ASX has sought more post-announcement details from a whole range of biotech/healthcare companies this week as part of introducing the new rules. Imugene, for instance, “at the request of the ASX”, yesterday provided additional details about its strategic research partnership with Celularity.
These are details that were not considered necessary before. Now they are.
