These assumptions are too optimistic. Should work on something close to current prices, (say US$21 Ag/oz and US$1350 Au/oz). No one will give them money to build a project with price modelling so far above reality. Has anyone seen some sensitivity analysis for the Kempfield project?
Anything less than 100g/t Ag is marginal with the Wonawinta and Texas open pit silver operations bankrupting several companies even with grades higher than Kempfield.
