This is really weird that this document has been filed. What are the chances of HGO working with a third party for a cheap takeover of HGO and the company making the takeover offer has requested that this amendment be made before an offer is made.
Also, Lachlan said only weeks ago that the revised MRE would be reported to the market by the end of November 2021. Where is it?
Also, why haven’t the last meeting notes been uploaded to the KCCCC website - I am concerned that the market is not being kept fully informed!
Also why does a lawyer in South Australia appear out of a cornflakes box with a substantial shareholder notice?
Maybe this document was filed for the purpose of obtaining finance to resume mining?
It seems everyone else knows what’s going on except for shareholders.
