I'm reminded of the old joke where the three soldiers at the bar were showing how tuff they were and the Englishman pulled out his sword and cut his finger off. The American upped the anti by cutting his hand off. The Aussie in true Lachlan tradition, surprised on the up side by unzipping his fly and in answer to the question, you are not going to cut that off are you?, he said no, a true blue Aussie never takes the easy route, I'm going to pull it off.
