Possibly a bait and pull routine. If your the number one seller at .002, you list a bunch of shares prior to open at .001 (the bait). Along comes a buyer who lists at .002 just to be ahead of everybody else to get the .001's.Then at 9.59.45 the seller pulls the sell before our buyer has time to pull out. So his buy goes through at .002.Sound feasible?
