yes note in the report Australian United Silica Corporation ltd Ausco had already assessed this ground in 2017-2018 and let it go as it was not tenable . its also striking that no AUD $ value has been recorded on application and issue of shares docs , what ? are they saying the price was as many shares as they could get without shareholder approval??? i think its fairly obvious what the intended benefit was here! well it didnt work anyway however the intent appears to be quite obvious in my opinion .
