It sounds like the critical piece is securing the larger institutional/government contracts to underpin the SME growth, as SMEs are forced to adopt cybersecurity measures to allow them to undertake work for the larger institutions/government.
Again, I note, that any business where its customers are forced to use them in the first instance is a compelling reason to invest, particularly in the absence of any direct competitors, really securing a first mover advantage.
