Abit of homework here... Those not familiar with the JEDI cloud contract (US DoD Cloud Project) should read up about it. $10b cloud contract awarded to Microsoft for the US DoD. Which is held up in litigation because Amazon filed a law suit against the decision in federal court. Microsoft is now heavily pushing cloud services too foreign governments/defence agencies whilst the US deal is held up.

Also note the image in attached article... Microsoft CEO meeting with French President Macron. French multinational defence contractor Thales and Microsoft clearly have a relationship they want to double down on (Coincidence maybe). Nexium defence cloud may have been launched in partnership (Microsoft & Thales) to international prospects to show proof-of-concept whilst the US DoD JEDI contract is on hold. Australia NDC Edge being the winner for our own sovereign defence cloud...NATO maybe coming soon...US DoD....maybe later. Call me Dr Speculator. Thales intends to push sell NDC Edge on the global stage for use amongst multinational coalitions.
