I think they mean have created the product for the ADF, but it has not yet been purchased. This is announcement 1, and given its with Thales et al, hopefully it's fait accompli that announcement 2 is purchase.
Good news is we are very much near the recent base, so any poor optics SHOULDN'T resonate more than a pip or two.
