@Chemist1959 the SYAAR were priced ~25% above the ASX price and were recalibrated down not long after the opening. I watched for the 1st hour before going to bed.
The news of the deal has gone global. It has been reported and re-reported everywhere. We might see some more action when the insto's come back from their xmas and NY leave. I'm hoping SYR can force their way back into the ASX300 in late March when they re-rate the indexes. If the MC hits a $B in Jan it should increase the likelihood but nothing is guaranteed. They may wait another 3 months to see if the price holds up.
