Next step is JV. They probably letting the SP rally now, before announcing JV capital raise. When will that be who knows. Last year they announced positive news and 9 days later trading halt for capital raise.
Wonder how much discount they will give to current SP to JV partner for capital. Nouveau Monde Graphite gave Pallinghurst 20% discount to current SP for capital. Nouveau Monde Graphite gave Pallinghurst 21% new shares for funding.
Syrah need 138 Million for 10ktpa facility and 477 Million for 40ktpa.
If it was me I would try and built the 40ktpa facility already.
