I think the strong 2nd half of the year by Tesla is what is driving the improved BEV to PHEV ratios in Europe. The Model Y is beginning to gain traction. The model 3's have a battery capacity of 56 KWh while the standard Model Y is 62 KWh. The long range and performance will have a 83 KWh battery.
@Rouge1 you might on to something. The off-take was with Tesla not Tesla "and" one of their battery suppliers in which they manufacture batteries in a JV or supply Tesla on their own. Tesla are making their own batteries in Austin entirely by themselves. They may however share their own supply chains with each other to get the job done but I'd say only in times of need.
