IMO True off take will only be after Active Anode Material qualification has been completed and Tesla is happy with the test results of Syrah product.
How can you sign off take without testing the product first?
Letter of intent (LOI) agreement or Memorandum of understanding (MOU) agreement would be more appropriate. Cause they have not even negotiated the price yet.
Getting this out now is to push up SP.
