To start with I think the Tesla agreement is a good thing for SYR. When you think about SYR position it's SP rose 30% which will stand SYR in good stead if CR is called to fund further developments, those developments will be required to meet Tesla milestones for the agreement to proceed. If SYR doesn't achieve those milestones then Tesla deal is done and dusted. I'm sure Tesla entered this agreement as a backstop and probably at a good price too. Tesla has the most to benefit but SYR gets a bug in the right direction.
