Seems good to me, just contractual negotiations of amounts and timelines for both parties to adhere too. I see that Tesla are careful to want time to tweak their kit, the are playing with the cathode a bit and looking to drop the cobalt on some. Perhaps when they mention specifications there are a number of these as well for the grade of battery etc.
