********* released an interview yesterday where Chris Byrns was asked "Novonix just received $150 million grant from the DOE. What does this mean for NVX and what are the next steps there?" In answering the question, besides using the term "grant funding", the CEO did not correct the interviewer nor clarify that the funding was subject to negotiation. Further, his actual answer tended to represent that the funding was secured. Whether by silence or express representation, the exchange was incorrect and misleading. I hazard a guess today's announcement was released to correct that position.
