That was exactly my point - there is no way in the world that a company in Tanzania would have paid $2 Billion for their fertilizer plant.
It wouldn't cost much - a phone call to the company would quickly find out if it was a viable proposition or not. (Cost <$50) Then maybe an "educational trip" to see how they did it ($10K) - small change for MAK which might bring about a big change for us patient SH's :-))
