and if they decide to push the price up like Patersons did then there will be plenty of interest from the market. Shouldn’t be to hard for them to do given how close the project is to completion. I think they won’t be trying to sell at a lower price, why, what would they have to gain from that now. Nothing. I would say they are a lot smarter than you when it comes to investing.
