The US$700 was exercised as per the sign on fee…Let’s remember the lie setup where Spid81 informed BMCG could draw on the US$10 mill debt facility at any time…
Which was not the case and is reinforced by tonight’s announcement…
From the Quarterly The standby facility remains available as a source of funding should the company require it…
Tonights announcement BMCG have no right to excelerate any further amount of the standby financing..
