Sigh... I struggle when companies release rockchips. Why? Well, geo's can be quite good at visually identifying mineralization so they 'cherry-pick' the samples.
Let's face it, you're not going to put rubbish samples into the lab.
Many sophisticated investors don't take much notice of rock chips with nothing short of drill results being worthy of notice.
While these are interesting results from VMC, I don't think it warranted a trading halt and without understanding the geomorphology the pegmatite system they are reporting, it doesn't seem that extensive.
And the markets reaction? Luck warm...
