if the net income achieved in any financial year ended December 2016, 2017and 2018 is no less than Euros 3,000,000 a payment of Euros 500,000 inaddition to the amounts set out in paragraphs 1.2.1 to 1.2.3.

so does that mean they achieved a net income of no less than 3m euro this is huge and a great deal! well done to management
