Neither party will sign a binding offtake agreements until the project is fully permitted. That’s just a simple fact.
If a non binding letter of interest in securing offtake means nothing to you, then so be it. See you when the project is fully permitted with a much higher valuation.
What if the next LOI is from Imery’s out of Europe? Iam pretty sure the market will also see this as material.
We know this is a real possibility as James only a matter of weeks ago met with the company whilst in Europe and has deep connections there...
