I think (could be wrong..] these MOU's cover the amount of production required to open the debt door. If so, just need to close them out on appropriate terms. Will likely need some marginal producers to bounce out of the market (due to negative margins) before V price starts to rebound back to long term means. I would imagine only then will the MOUs truly convert and financiers come on board.
With a bit of luck, this happens in the next 6 - 12 months.
