    Prospectus Clause 1.1 talks about an additional 15,372,934 underwriter options.

    25.10.12 announcement mentions 11,312,209 + 4,060,725 = 15,372,934 options.

    So the 15,372,934 are in addition to the 23,059,401.

    Total options 38,432,335.
