Mgt may be scratching their heads. On these pages however the SP activity post announcement was widely predicted. Sure enough PAA delivered their usual garbled and un-constructive news. SP reacted just as we in the doom-and-gloom camp thought.
Until PAA show real signs of concluding any kind of commercial deal the SP will continue to drift.
