Does anyone know where these special use cases are from ? I assume Australia or maybe NZ as the yanks would be too scared to use anything the FDA hadn't OK'ed as they might get sued out of existence.
Hopefully the word is spreading within the profession & more special use cases will happen, with the same amazing results.
An article on these special use cases in some prestigious medical journal would be handyIt seems to me that would be justified as IMO it is big news.
