    Get shareholder approval. It is in hot spot where people are looking for land

    yes they have diluted share by offering too low but who dont at penny or below penny level do that

    good point is less 500mil share at moment
    valued 4mil bad is yes could go 2mil you lose half
    ur cash or it could go north

    but at this level willing to hold a parcel
