I don't know what stories of a 'grand future' you've heard, but what I have heard is a lot of focus on working with surgeons and hospitals to understand the barriers that would affect the pace of adoption, usage in a wider range of procedures etc, and developing their product range to meet those needs, which makes a lot of sense to me.
They are also focused on continuing to expand into new markets, with not just India, but Japan, China etc.
They are also working on more R&D to develop new products.
