I am long term holder since BTM was only tried on pigs, and going nowhere fast. DW got on board and built this Company from 5 people to over one hundred now. He has always seen the potential and doesn't tolerate under achievers. I thought Swami was doing ok, but I always got the impression that he was not in any hurry. His go slow to go fast and responsible growth strategy was not what the market wanted to hear. DW probably told him to pull his finger out of his arse and get a move on and deliver more growth. Swami got upset. There is obviously a difference in what the board expects the CEO to deliver. He has not delivered enough, and it is tough at the top. He has to go and DW needs to pull his head in a bit and stay. Maybe step down as chair, but stay on the board. Good times will be ahead and in 12 months we will be back to $3.00.
