DW was brought on board at the insistence of Merchant Funds, whom had a very large holding at the time. Merchant funds and DW have a long association together. The reason being the perceived inadequacies of Laurent Fossaert, who preceded DW. Something I agreed with at the time, having attended a number of AGM’s during Fossaert’s tenure. Who by the way, still has a very large holding in PNV.
