Shikapat, I have a theory on the aftermarket in that if you we're trying to amass a decent slice of Energio such as an institution or predator, sacrificing a 100000 shares or so in the aftermarket to push the price down (into chartist sell territory) might just spook some holders into selling the next day or into the next rally. This would help the accumalator pick up some additional stock cheaper. It wouldn't be the first time it's been done!
