Let's look at the case of $0.50 transport cost per ton of ore per km.
So, 7 km, cost $3.50 per ton of ore.
If the grade is 1 g gold per ton of ore, that's $3.50 per gram of gold.
Converting from grams to oz by multiplying by 28.35 gives $99 per oz of gold.
To look at the $02.0 per tone per km, multiply by 2/5.
I'm happy with the $99 per oz figure.
