so still unsure as to whether there is a ceiling price for the original contracted 300,000 tonnes. I hope there is no ceiling but just pointing out thats how I understand it atm.
As per below there is a ceiling and a floor for the original Yahua contract and my interpretation is it ends Nov 2023, it is a confusing read but the LATTER of of 300,000t and Nov 2023 means the last of two given options , if concerned drop a note to headquarters.
Great update today and this contract has no ceiling but is not referenced to spot prices as some have suggested...
