Is anyone surprised here - there have been many posters here who are “not” uprampers that are long term and informed industry stalwarts who have been staying the bleeding obvious as to what the future of this business looks like. Ferrari came with a corporate banking background and IMO believed he could apply similar strategies here. What I believe he underestimated was how deep the pervasive culture was and continued to allow the group to drink its own cool-aid. Like Bolsarrano in Brazil now - the sheer weight of evidence as to the extent of infection means facing reality. That picture isn’t very rosey and the likelihood of a big bonus turnaround appear to be either a very long way off and/or unlikely at best.
Im sure others will have different views but IMO this Chalice has been Poisonous for a long time - well before Ferrari arrived with many complicit parties that have long left the party.
